Hypothesis
The script states this question. It was not tested here: Does semaphorin 4D (SEMA4D) / Plexin-B1 signaling represent a tractable upstream neuroinflammation target in HD, and what is the evidence for pepinemab (VX15/2503) beyond the SIGNAL-HD Phase 2 trial?
Method
Checked that run_experiment_15_sema4d_neuroinflammation.py exists and was not run. No local Ollama server and no Gemini key were available, so the script was not started.
Result
No papers, scores, or biological findings. This run stops at the blocker.
