The script states this question. It was not tested here: Can high-dose thiamine and biotin restore TCA cycle enzyme activity in HD striatum, and what is the mechanistic overlap with BTBGD?

Checked that run_experiment_23_thiamine_biotin_tca_rescue.py exists and was not run. No local Ollama server and no Gemini key were available, so the script was not started.
Result
No papers, scores, or biological findings. This run stops at the blocker.
