GLP-1R Agonists — Neuroprotection Repurposing for HD

The script states this question. It was not tested here: 1. What is the evidence for GLP-1R expression and function in HD-vulnerable circuits (striatum, cortex, hippocampus)? 2. Do GLP-1R agonists (exendin-4, liraglutide, semaglutide) reduce neurodegeneration in HD mouse models — and via which pathways? 3. How does the SPARK trial (lixisenatide in PD, Lancet 2024) de-risk the HD repurposing

Checked that run_experiment_18_glp1r_neurodegeneration.py exists and was not run. No local Ollama server and no Gemini key were available, so the script was not started.

No papers, scores, or biological findings. This run stops at the blocker.
