cGAS-STING Innate Immune Pathway in HD
Hypothesis
The script states this question. It was not tested here: Does mHTT-driven mitochondrial DNA (mtDNA) release activate the cGAS-STING innate immune axis in HD striatal neurons, and can STING inhibitors suppress the resulting type I interferon neuroinflammatory cascade to slow HD neurodegeneration?
Method
Checked that run_experiment_21_cgas_sting_innate_immunity.py exists and was not run. No local Ollama server and no Gemini key were available, so the script was not started.
Result
No papers, scores, or biological findings. This run stops at the blocker.
